Data & Visualization wing facilitates multi-disciplinary research, training, education and outreach activities in data mining, big data and data visualization.
Objectives
• To establish as a center of education and research in the area of data mining.
• To facilitate research at the doctorate, graduate and undergraduate level inculcating the spirit of enquiry and scientific temper.
• To disseminate the research output through publications in indexed journals and conferences.
• To obtain and execute sponsored and consultancy projects funded by various agencies and industries.
• To create Center-of-Excellence focusing on specific potential areas in data mining collaboration with academia and industry.
