Title:A smart farmland for crop prevention and animal intrusion detection using CNN

Description:

Crop damage caused by animal attacks is one of the major threats in reducing the crop yield. Due to the expansion of cultivated land into previous wildlife habitat, crop raiding is becoming one of the most antagonizing human-wildlife conflicts. Farmers in India face serious threats from pests, natural calamities & damage by animals resulting in lower yields. Traditional methods followed by farmers are not that effective and it is not feasible to hire guards to keep an eye on crops and prevent wild animals. Since safety of both human and animal is equally vital, it is important to protect the crops from damage caused by animal as well as divert the animal without any harm. The animal intrusion detection system is incredibly essential in numerous fields like villages close to forests, roads through forests and agricultural fields. .

Title:Transport Vehicle Monitoring

Description:

In recent times, there have been many advancements in technology where people no longer rely on the traditional old methods but require solutions that are smart and instantaneous and one such area is transporting systems, where the increase in number of vehicles is directly proportional to the problems that arise with them.In our project we are developing a system named “Transport Vehicle Monitoring” using Internet Of Things(IoT) for tracking real time co-ordinates of the vehicle and for monitoring various vehicle parameters that are used for its diagnosis. This IoT project uses various sensors for fault detection and monitoring and control such as fuel level detection, battery control, light intensity, obstacle detection that are connected to the gsm module where the user gets notification regarding the location and vehicle parameters for finding nearest repair location.

Title:Drone to kill mosquitoes and larvae in lakes

Description:

The goal of the Project is to research the affordable and sustainable use of aerial platforms(UAV, UAS, MAVs, drones), briefly malaria mosquito control drones, for mosquito vector control and suppression. Mosquitoes are vectors for several diseases including malaria, Chikungunya, dengue fever etc. Therefore, for each infectious disease, a very important aspect of integrated disease management is vector control. Current methods of mosquito control include using: Screens, Repellents, Insecticide treated bed nets etc. The focus of the Project is the drone-based systems that can be deployed in malaria endemic India and elsewhere. The current most realistic method of backpack spraying has many challenging issues.

Title:Crop monitoring using Rover

Description:

The main objective behind this is to develop a rover to perform the Crop Monitoring in domestic areas. Nowadays robot/rover plays a vital role in our day to day life activities thus reducing human labor and human error. Rovers can be manually controlled or can be automatic based on the requirement. The purpose of this rover is to roam around the fields and to provide video information from the given environment and to capture the images of crops and store them in a folder. Using the collected pictures we apply certain inbuilt algorithms on the pictures to determine the condition of the crops. In this project, one can control the rover with the help of mobile or laptop through Internet of Things (IoT) and also can get the live streaming with the help of wireless camera from the rover. This rover also uses various sensors that collects data and sends it to the microcontroller which controls the rover behavior.

Title:Temperature & Mask Scan Entry System For Covid Prevention

Description:

Since the beginning of the current COVID-19 pandemic, more than five million people have been infected and the numbers are still on the rise. Early symptom detection and proper hygienic standards are thus of utmost importance, especially in venues where people are in random or opportunistic contact with each other. The first step to detect covid is by scanning for fever. Also, we need to monitor every person for a mask. We have temperature checking systems for every entrance for scanning but manual temperature scanning has a lot of disadvantages. To overcome this, we here propose a fully automated temperature scanner and entry provider system. The scanner is connected directly with a human barrier to bar entry if high temperature or no mask is detected. .
